I want to know what are exactly the steps to follow to have a VHDL code from the Simulink Model.

A good place to start would be the short video demos on the Simulink HDL coder web page, as well as the recorded webinars. In particular, From MATLAB and Simulink to FPGAs in Five Easy Steps appears quite relevant.

DSP Builder is not a MathWorks product, it is provided by Altera and used only for their chips:

If you really want to use DSP Builder rather than Simulink HDL Coder, you should contact Altera for more info.
