Hello guys!
As you can see, i plotted a graph with Matlab 2016. I would like to know why Matlab shows some edges more long than other. Do you know why?
How can i modify these lenght?

We can't see anything other than your question. Did you mean to attach an image?

If you're talking about a graph or digraph object that you have plotted using the plot method, plot uses various layout methods to determine the coordinates where the nodes should be placed. See the documentation for the layout function for more information about the different layout methods plot can use.
If you want you can manually set the XData and YData (and if you're using release R2016b or later, the ZData) properties of the object returned by plot to place the nodes exactly where you want them to be rather than relying entirely on the coordinates returned by the layout methods.
