hi everybody,
i'm currently developping a small GUI-programm in matlab and i', using the guide. i need a bunch off buttons and editboxes etc. and i find it annoying drawing all these in the guide and clicking to set the strings tags etc.
so my question: is it recomendet to use the guide or shall i work without it? what advantages is the guide providing - else that you see directly where the different items a placed. thx jeff

If you are interested in making GUIs without GUIDE, this is a great resource:
Personally, I learned to make GUIS with GUIDE but now pretty much only make them programatically.
