how can I get matlab/simulink contain thermodynamics libraly?

my project is separate waste and water using solair air collectors. mine is R2014a but it doesn't thermodynamics libraly, where i can find evaporator, condenser,... (carnot and rankine cycle)

Download https://fh-aachen.sciebo.de/index.php/s/0hxub0iIJrui3ED/download?path=%2F&files=carnot_60_2013b_Release_22jan2016.zip
Unzip it into a convenient directory that is not under your MATLAB installation path.
Look inside that directory and follow the instructions given in CARNOT_Installation_Guide.txt

Start writing. Nobody can give you code from toolboxes that you do not own.
Or upgrade your copy of MATLAB (and the corresponding toolboxes.)
