improve condition number of a matrix to inverse it

I have a matrix with no good condition number, which I need to multiply it by itself several times, so the condition number gets worse. Is there any way to improve its condition number in regard to inverse it?

in this general sense: no. You will need to explain in more detail where the matrix comes from, and what you are trying to acchieve. There is no general way of "reducing the condition number as such".
