2012a Does Not Install

I'm getting the following error when I try to install 2012a:
There are no products available to install from this location. You may need to download the appropriate products from our web-site (www.mathworks.com).
All the files are in a TEMP directory on the C: drive (where MATLAB resides). Here is the directory:

All files generated after double clicking on the matlab...installer.exe which entered the installation procedure. Installation was attempted not using the Internet.
Please help.

Look in the archives directory. Is there anything there? If not, you need to download the products.
