How to calculate infinite series including two vectors

I want to plot sum of infinite series. Sum has two variables. m= zero to infinity. another variable y= 0 to 2.
I tried to plot a graph: ON Y axis is g(y) and On X axis is y=0 to 2. But I failed to do so. How to do it in M file or simulink or MS excel
