this is a query regarding pulse width modulation(CB-PWM) using phase opposition disposition (POD) for a 3 level converter

how to execute carrier based pulse width modulation(CB-PWM) for a 3 level output using phase opposition disposition(POD) method.Two of the three carrier triangular are in phase with the reference sine wave and the third carrier triangular wave is 180 degrees out of phase.
