Matlab on my pc stopped working

I was using Matlab on my PC (irulu hybrid). It was working for several years, then stopped. It is working on another PC. On the Irulu, It says I need a new maintenance license. I've had a "perpetual license" since 2011 and never needed one. How can I get Matlab to work on my PC?
