Reset the figure configuration to the default

I want to reset the attached figure configuration (Matalb 2016b) to the default i.e change the backgrounds to white and whole text labels and axes ticks to black

ax.Color = [1 1 1];
Leg = ax.Legend;
if ~isempty(Leg)
Leg.TextColor = [0 0 0];
end
