My question is not visible on the Answer webpage

I posted a question 3 hours ago titled "GIBBS phenomenon & sum of squared differences". I went to check the Answer webpage to see if there was any response, but my question does not appear. I clicked the "Unanwered" tab & still nothing. I then searched for the title & did find it.

Why is it not visible on the Answer webpage? Will this impede on getting any responses?

Also, I find it when I search on "gibbs"

But why do you have to search for it to find the question. It is not visible when you go directly to the Answer webpage. That means no one is viewing my question; hence, I will get now answers.

By the way I am viewing questions by when asked (newest-oldest) & my question is not listed.
