About the installation of MATLAB R2012a

After finishing installation and activation of the MATLAB, I couldn't open it and the console keeps showing the message of "5/2/12 6:12:14.314 PM com.apple.launchd.peruser.12942: ([0x0-0x52052].com.mathworks.matlab[1103]) Tried to setup shared memory more than once". What does this mean? and does anyone have idea about how to solve this problem?

Which version of OS-X are you trying to install this on?

In addition to Walter's questions: Did you install to /Applications? Are you launching MATLAB by double-clicking the .app file?

I'm trying to install the MATLAB to OS X 10.7. I did install it to /Application and double-clicked the .app file, but it still cannot be opened.
