i have ieee 14 bus test system that there are PMUs on 2,4,5,6,7,8,9,11 and 13 buses.by wls estimator i want to estimate voltages of buses by using all measurements except the data that is collected from first pmu.how i should do that?

 m file has been shared by Praviraj PG in this site that in it, by using PMU measurements the voltages of buses have been estimated by WLS estimator. but in this m file the number of PMUs and location of them have not been mentioned. so I can not use it or at least I should change it. but I do not know how).
I would appreciate if you share m file or any other help as soon as possible.
