How to use matlab to find the difference between two pieces of discrete data that don't match up?

I want to find the difference between BSFC's at specific torque values. But as you can see this is not possible because the torque values are different.

I then want to repeat this for a further 27 similar graphs, so I want a function with some repeatability.
