Analog circuit simulation in Simulink: integral calculations and varying capacitance/resistance values.

Basicly what I have to do is a simulation of a circuit including a battery and a supercapacitor. An image of both models is linked below.
Some capacitance and resistance values depend upon parameters I have to calculate (update) during simulation. Moreover, I have to calculate these parameters through some integrals (examples are also shown in the linked image). What’s the best way to implement all of this in a Simulink model? (Possibly also the easiest way, in MATLAB coding I am at a basic level.)

I don't know much about modeling in this domain, but it seems like either SimPowerSystems product or SimScape/SimElectronics might work for you. There are some basic resistor/capacitor elements available already in SimScape: http://www.mathworks.com/help/toolbox/physmod/simscape/ref/bqy2ghy-1.html#bq1mvvl-1 and SimPowerSystems: http://www.mathworks.com/help/toolbox/physmod/powersys/ref/f2-16412.html#f2-23837
