In readVoltage, the output voltage is in V or mV?

I am using a force sensor and I am taking its output in terms of voltage using readVoltage but I am not sure whether the voltage which I got is in V or mV? Please comment on this one.
Thanks.

Dunno, what's readVoltage reading voltage from? Will all depend on what hardware you talking about.
I'd guess you should be able to answer your own question by simply looking at what the sensor input would have to be to produce the measured signal and common sense should likely tell you what that scale factor is.
Failing that, look at the manufacturer's documentation for the hardware you're using.

Volts, always, except for the case where you have fed the voltage through a resistance or gain circuit to alter the range.
