i am working on volume segmentation on nrrd image set using matlab

i loaded nrrd image set using nrrdread and want to segment each image (there are some 450 images) by running my segmentation code in matlab and again write it back as nrrd file so that i can see the resultant segmented volume. please guide me how to do that
