How do I measure individual gains of an audio signal with respect to another signal?

Hi, I have two audio signals (A and B). They are slightly different to each other frequency wise. Is there anyway that I would be able to determine the gain differences at regular frequency intervals along one audio signal(A) with respect to the other signal (B)?
