How can I use a raspberry pi, or better a cluster of them, to send parallel jobs to their cores?

I regularly use Matlab and the parallel toolbox for monte-carlo simulations. Is it possible to upscale this using raspberry pis? If so, how? I understand that Matlab will not run on RPs. I have installed MATLAB Support Package for Raspberry Pi.
