Doubt regrading input as the Acceleration, Velocity and Position to get the desired position i.e. Angle for E.Motor

Hello Everyone,
I am working with a Control Theory using the Matlab as a tool. I want to construct the model in a Simulink for the Electronic Motor of which the Position i.e. Angle is to be controlled.
For which I have developed a transfer function containing the input in a Volts and output is in terms of the desired angle. However I am unable to construct it in such a way that the inputs will be the accleration, velocity and the Angle (Should).
Can anyone please help me regarding this matter?
Comments and Advises will be a great help.
Kind Regards
Sanyam

No sure I understand.
Typically, you should have transfer function representing the dynamics of the motor (Input = Volt, Output = Position). Then you can wrap a controller around it to generate a voltage that will bring you to the desired position
If you are not sure how to draw the motor equations in Simulink, give a look at this post:

I think you first need your system model.
