GUI for Basic Local Alignment Search Tool and BLAST

hi , can someone help me to run ( GUI for Basic Local Alignment Search Tool (BLAST)) , http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/7039-gui-for-basic-local-alignment-search-tool-blast

i want to conduct pairwise sequence alignment for DNA sequences . "Download BLAST executables". is not active .

i already downloaded the BLAST standalone executables from NCBI's website directly ;

but its not working ....
