How can I set scale=1 when using cpselect/cp2tform?

Hello,
I am trying to register two images using cpselect and cp2tform. I am using nonreflective similarity; however I want the scale to remain constant (scale=1). Is there a way I can set the scaling parameter =1 before creating the transform so that it is a purely translational/rotational transformation based on the points chosen using cpselect?
