I am looking for the function that I could get least square deviation value.

Once I put the data, the function has to give me number for the least square deviation.......

No, your clarification is using the same terminology as the original question, which is confusing. It would help if you gave more information without using the phrase "least square deviation".

I suspect that you might want to compute a single value that quantifies the quality of a fitted curve against raw data (sum of squared residuals), and you will be using that during fitting with something like fsolve. Is that right?

Or perhaps you want to compute the standard deviation of a fitted curve against raw data. Same kind of deal.

Am I on the right track?
