how do you chang RGB Color Space in to the HSI Color Space or YCbCr Color Space ???

YCBCR = rgb2ycbcr(RGB) converts the truecolor image RGB to the equivalent image in the YCbCr color space. RGB must be a M-by-N-by-3 array.

Why don't you switch the mode of the webcam you're using? What modes do you see when you run imaqtool? Do you see an RGB mode listed?

I want a take image by webcam and then to do Custom Processing i see an RGB mode to imagetool ?????
