Is there any examples that uses Wait.m?

Hi,
I have two endless loops (while) that need to draw plots. each loop has a condition to switch from one to other.
I get a lot of errors that the execution of the content of the loop unable to keep up with the frequency of the loop itself.
I was thinking to use Wait.m to slow down a bit the loop.
Is there any examples to understand properly how to use Wait.m?

or if you want a delay type slow down,
