running 'power_dynamicload' from the command line brings up the model of the dynamic load example.
1] running it in phasor and continuous mode yields totally different results for the positive current sequence (scope 1). I thought differences only arose for simulations of systems with power electronics. Am i missing something???
2] To change the P and Q values for the load block, according to the literature i gotta do it from the machine initialize tab. I tried doing so but it doesn't update the blocks. Also trying to 'update the system' returns an answer saying solution cannot be found. Some help here pls!

The way phasor simulation is working is different to the time-simulation (discrete or continuous). The phasor solve a much simpler set of algebraic equations relating the voltage and current phasors. See Introducing the Phasor Simulation Method for more insights.
