How to run all thousand number of picture and store the data in .mat file, then retrieve it?

I having 1000 picture that need to get the data and store in database (.mat file), how to run all the 1000 picture and collect them?

At the moment, we don't know what you mean ("picture that need to get the data", "run all the 1000 picture" and "collect them"), so "use a loop" is the only thing to say.
