How to get MCR7.16 32 bit when Matlab Builder installed on 64-bit machine

I have Matlab 2011b with JA Builder installed on a 64-bit machine. Now I want the compiled JAR to be running on a 32-bit Windows machine. Where can I obtain the MCR v7.16 for 32-bit as I only have the 64-bit available in my Matlab installation?

Your MATLAB Compiler license allows you to install the 32 bit version of the tools and get the MCR from there.
