MatLab 2012a Toolbox error on fresh install

Immediately after installing MatLab 2012a (Win7 or Mac) I get errors related to the toolbox. And more specifically the file rptgenslxmlcomp.jar. If you delete this file and restart MatLab the error disappears.
Whats the correct method for fixing this error?

Please confirm that it is the report generator toolbox that you are installing.
