MAXLIK Gauss procedure in Matlab?

I would like to know if MATLAB has a function that emulates the MAXLIK procedure in Gauss.

I have no experience with GAUSS, but you can explore MATLAB's mle function to see if it does what you want. There are also related functions listed at the end of the page.
