loading files to show in GUI axes

i used these codes hat i've got from the web to load files one at each time upon clicking the push button. but how do i load them by selecting 4 files and load them simultaneously in the GUI axes.
[nombre dire]=uigetfile('*.jpg','Load');
if nombre == 0
return
end
imagen=imread(fullfile(dire,nombre));
axes(handles.axes2)
imshow(imagen)
handles.img=imagen;
guidata(hObject, handles);

Your code does not include any command to display the loaded data. Then it is expected, that the data are not displayed.
Please explain the format of the file and the wanted type of display, e.g. it matters if the file has a MAT-format and you want to draw some contained data as diagram, or if you want to import a JPEG and display it as image.

I have one query about the how to display the loaded data in gui using Matlab .and we already load the .mat file but I want to display the values in that .mat file. Your answer will help me in my project coding. Thank you
