How can I cross correlate a signal with a time delayed and noise added version of itself?

I'm trying to simulate a pulse radar on simulink and am unable to make the receiver section. As a substitute to the matched filter I'm trying to use a simple cross correlator to find the echos. My transmitted signal is a sine wave which is transmitted periodically using a switch.

I've tried using two cross correlation blocks available to me but im getting zero output.
