Compress Sensing script for k-space data 2D

Hi!

I have some rawdata from a MRI scanner with information in k-space. It's an MxN matrix which i have made sparse with some other scripts. Now i want to reconstruct it. I been looking for some code/script that does this, but only finds ones with limitations like; vector instead of matrix, MxM matrix is needed and so on.

I wounder if there is any script out there that should work for my application? Greetins Viktor
