How to explicitly mention binary variables in bnb20 or fminconset. I can see there is a status variable and also the bounds. But i am not sure if i give bounds 0 and 1 and declare status as integer will matlab know the variable is binary. How to declare large number of variables in objective function as well as constraints (like i have 4096 variables) in my optimization problem. I have linear as well as non linear constraints.
