Is there and effect of the seed of a random block on the behaviour of S-fucntion ?

Hi,
I developed a simulator for a dynamic system in Simulink using the level 1 s-function. In this simulator, I add a disturbance in one of the inputs. This disturbance is generated by using random block that I pass through a transfer function. By changing the seed of the random block, it happens that my simulator become unstable. Does anyone know what could be the effect of the seed on the simulator or did someone experience the same thing ?
Thank you,
Soufiane
