affyrma error with mfilename

Hi, When I run the biostatistics toolbox function affyrma I get an error message that says: "Warning: Colon operands must be real scalars. > In rmabackadj>findMaxDensity at 255 In rmabackadj at 164 In affyrma at 114 Error using affyrma (line 124) X must be a non-empty vector." I'm not sure if this is a problem with my CEL or CDF files or if it is a problem within the function?? Thanks, L
