How to plot fluence and intensity of glow using atmosnrlmsise00?

2 views (last 30 days)
I was assigned this homework in my space environment class that requires that I use the msise model. After much investigation I discovered that the function I should use is atmosnrlmsise00. Our professor told us that this will plot fluence and flux, however, after reading through the help file I'm not quite sure how this is achieved, I'm also required to plot the intensity of glow vs altitude and temperature at 6000 Angstroms.
I've searched on google for hours and I can't find any information on this and I would greatly appreciate if someone could point me to the right path.

Walter Roberson, I read that help file, but I still don't know how to plot intensity of glow.

That Mathworks routine does not plot anything, so if you are expecting atmosnrlmsise00 to plot something, the reference must be to some other atmosnrlmsise00 which is not provided by Mathworks.
I do not see any obvious way to calculate glow based upon the information returned by the atmosnrlmsise00 function of the Aereospace toolbox. What comes to mind at the moment is to convert the temperatures returned into black body radiation intensities using Planck's Law
