Hello,
I have constructed a 3D mesh using griddata function. Now i want to unpack the 3D mesh using a suitable Matlab command to get the X,Y & Z coordinates. Please suggest a suitable code for this. Thanks in advance.

It's not clear, at least to me, what you mean. In order to use GRIDDATA, you would have had to feed it the X,Y,Z coordinates of both the input and the output samples. So, don't you know X,Y,Z already?

[X, Y, Z] = griddata(....)
XYZCoords = [X(:), Y(:), Z(:)];
