Fingerprint classification

Hi all, I need help urgently on my system fingerprint classification. I have read the crab classification in matlab help for it is only for classification of two.
Here is the situation:
  • I need to write a fingerprint database to store 100++ person's fingerprint.
  • Each person i would like to set 4 train data and 2 test data.
  • I have set 20 minutiae to used for classification
  • The result turn out to be having very low accuracy where only 5/20.
How should i do? Thanks!!
