mfcc feature extraction.. what should be my target matrix??

I have extracted the MFCC features of a audio file and i have got a 13X366 matrix for a single file.. now i need to train my multi layer NN with BPA. so what should be my target vector if i am classifying the audio files based on their genre into 3/4 classes.. should it be 4X366 or 4X1 or 4X13.. any help?? please i am stuck..
