how to replicate blanchard and perotti?

Hello guys, I'm Jennifer, and this is my first post yayy! However, I'm very confused right now. I was reading the structured vector autoregression SVAR manuals, and I was trying to replicate the SVAR. I tried really hard, but I don't seem to be doing it right. Could someone please help me code this for matlab please? I'm very tired of trying without succeed. Thank you very much xox.
