Solve the Problem using SUMT

I have a problem which is solved by SUMT
" A rectangular catalyst panel offers 600cm^2 of effective area, requiring 15cm installation margins on one set parallel sides and 12cm on the other set. What panel dimensions minimize the total area?"
Objective : (x+24)(y+30)
Constraints: xy=600
Can anyone help me to solve the problem?
