[Medical images] How to get a 3D model from a CT (DICOM) using Matlab.

8 views (last 30 days)
Hello,
I am working in my final thesis. It is about Biomechanics. One of my task consists on getting a 3D model (.stl) from CT images in DICOM format by using Matlab. I have no clue how could I do it. May somebody help me telling me about some bibliography, papers, articles or whatever that could help me to get my goal? Thank you very much in advance.
(Sorry for my English! :S)
