xPC custom I/O driver for PCI-DAS1000 daq card

CAN I USE pci-DAS 1000 I/O BLOCK from the DAQ toolbox in a simulink model and then run the model in real time target environment in xPC target? will the daq I/O block take inputs and give outputs in real time to my hardware under test? i am doing this because there is no I/O block in the xPC tool box for PCI-DAS1000
