video stabilization algorithm using computer vision system toolbox

Hi, I tried the trial of video stabilization algorithm (that Matlab suggest)using Computer vision toolbox. In step 3 matlab suggest a function "extractFeatures".When I activate it, I get 81 values for all single point.I can't understand how the function works.. how I get these features. In addition, someone know how can I read this function in detailed view?

Are you using SURF or MSER or Block ?
