FILTERING EYE BLINKING FROM EEG DATA

Hi,
I'm working on a project about EEG pattern analysis, I'm supposed to filter the data before working in the analylis using the Hurst Exponent. I've filtered my data with a notch filter for the 60hz and use a cauer filter for the passband. Now they asked me to filter the eye blinking from the EEGDATA, but I have no idea how to do it. Can anyone help me?
