Received a licensing error after switching from Network to Standalone License

User has Win7 Matlab 2011a running on network
Switched to standalone license, logged off the network and received the following error
License checkout failed. License Manager Error -5 Cannot find a license for Symbolic_Toolbox. Make sure an INCREMENT line for Symbolic_Toolbox exists in the license file, and that the formatting of the license file is correct.

Does the standalone license file that was created for the user indeed have an INCREMENT line for Symbolic_Toolbox ?
