How can I draw on an image and use what I draw as segmentation seeds?

Asked by Antonio on 5 Jan 2013

I want to draw structures of interest in MRI to implement a variant of the GrowCut algorithm. What's the simple way to do this in Matlab?

Antonio - I agree - imfreehand. I have a demo - if you want me to post it, say so.

Sure, yes please.
