My video MB is 39 how to resolve the out of memory

My video file is around 39 MB. its consists the 498 frame i need to process the frames as the 7 multiple of frames around the total of 72 frames. but its shows the
shows the error ??? The frame index requested is beyond the end of the file.
how to resolve it?
