How to: Raise Cell array

I use xlsread to read an excel file

[num txt]= xlsread(xxx);

num and txt arent alligned so I need to raise txt cell array 3 rows to have the same rows/indices with num.

how can i do this?

[n,m]=size(num);
txt(end+1:n,:)={''}

newtxt=txt(3:end,1)
